What's the difference from a regular scale?

A regular scale only shows weight. The Smart Weighing Scale runs Android with a touch screen — it counts pieces, prints labels, archives photos, manages batches and uploads data. It's a "scale + label printer + traceability system" in one device.

Can workers who aren't computer-savvy use it?

Absolutely. Full touch operation — the main screen is simply "place product → take label → pack box". With shortcut buttons for frequent products, a new operator is productive after 10 minutes of training.

Can I design my own labels?

Yes. The built-in label designer supports drag-and-drop layout with text, tables, 6 scannable barcodes (Code128/Code39/EAN-13/EAN-8/UPC-A/QR), dates and images — bindable to 20+ data fields including product name, code, batch, net weight and quantity.

How is counting accuracy ensured?

Counting uses "total weight ÷ unit weight" with one-piece sampling. Printing is only allowed when the reading is stable, and standard packing check alerts on overfill or shortage.
